JOB OVERVIEW

Airbnb Virtual Assistant

We are currently expanding and looking for an experienced Airbnb Virtual Assistant to join our team.

This role is for someone who understands short-term rental operations at a high level, can manage guest experience, and is comfortable supporting growth through lead generation and owner outreach. You will assist with daily operations across a growing portfolio and help support our mentorship program.

Responsibilities

Guest communication and inbox management across Airbnb, VRBO, and ----------

Handling guest issues, claims, resolutions, and escalations

Coordinating cleaning and maintenance workflows

Monitoring operations through PMS and automation tools

Creating performance reports for property owners

Managing payment collection and charging guests when required (VRBO, direct bookings, Stripe, etc.)

Lead generation for rental arbitrage and co-hosting opportunities

Calling property owners and following up on leads using OpenPhone

Supporting mentorship students with operations and onboarding

Assisting with rental arbitrage and co-hosting operations

Maintaining high guest experience standards and fast response times

Required Experience

Short-term rental / Airbnb operations experience

Claims and resolutions experience (high priority)

Experience managing multiple listings or portfolios

Rental arbitrage or co-hosting experience preferred

Comfortable with outreach and phone communication

Software Experience (Preferred)
