JOB OVERVIEW

Airbnb Operations & AI Virtual Assistant

We are hiring a dedicated virtual assistant to support the daily operation of a growing Airbnb apartment business. If you don't read full job description you will automatically be denied.

This is a hands-on role for someone who communicates quickly, takes ownership, learns new systems easily, and completes routine tasks accurately without constant follow-up.

Key responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to guest messages
- Monitor reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and operational issues
- Escalate urgent matters immediately and follow them through to resolution
- Train and continuously improve our AI guest-communication platform
- Review AI responses for accuracy, tone, and usefulness
- Maintain apartment financials in Google Sheets
- Record revenue, expenses, payouts, invoices, and other property-level data
- Reconcile figures and flag missing or unusual transactions
- Create clear weekly reports covering operations, guest issues, AI improvements, and financials
- Identify recurring problems and recommend practical improvements

- Works quickly without sacrificing accuracy
- Takes initiative and does not wait to be reminded
- Has strong written English and sound judgment
- Is confident with Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, lookups, and reconciliations
- Is comfortable learning and improving AI tools
- Is organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Experienced in working in Airbnb, hospitality, property management, customer service, or bookkeeping
- Can accept feedback and improve rapidly

Performance expectations:

- Acknowledge routine messages within 10 minutes during working hours
- Acknowledge urgent guest issues within 5 minutes
- Complete ordinary assigned tasks by the agreed deadline
- Keep financial records current and accurate
- Provide proactive updates without being chased
- Raise problems early and suggest solutions
