We are looking for an experienced Airbnb Virtual Assistant to help us manage short-term rental properties as a host. This is not a general VA role — we are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience working with or within Airbnb's platform and understands how it operates from the inside out.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Managing Airbnb listings end-to-end (pricing, availability, listing optimization)
• Responding to guest inquiries, booking requests, and messages in a timely manner
• Handling difficult or unruly guest situations with professionalism — de-escalating issues while firmly protecting the host's interests
• Coordinating check-ins, check-outs, and turnovers with cleaning and maintenance teams
• Monitoring and managing reviews — flagging unfair reviews and initiating appropriate Airbnb disputes
• Keeping up with Airbnb policy changes and algorithm updates
• Reporting occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback to the host regularly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior experience working at Airbnb or as an Airbnb-specialized VA is strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of Airbnb's platform: Superhost criteria, resolution center, extenuating circumstances policy, guest/host protections, and payout systems
• Proven ability to handle guest complaints and disputes diplomatically while achieving the best possible outcome for the host
• Excellent written English communication — you are the voice of our brand
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently across time zones
• Comfortable using tools like Airbnb's co-host dashboard, channel managers (e.g., Guesty, Hospitable), or Google Workspace

• Experience managing multiple listings simultaneously
• Familiarity with dynamic pricing tools (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, etc.)
• Background in hospitality, customer service, or property management
