We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Property Management & Personal Assistant to help with day-to-day operations of our short-term rental business and various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and resourcefulness in handling a wide range of responsibilities.
We are hiring for both a weekday and a weekend position.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to guest inquiries and messages on Airbnb within 1–3 minutes during shift hours, in a timely and professional manner.
-Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest check-ins.
-Source and schedule maintenance providers through platforms such as Thumbtack when needed.
-Monitor property cameras (Blink) for security and status updates.
-Check and track the status of keyless entry systems (Schlage) to ensure smooth guest access.
-Update Google Docs with a daily summary report for client review at the end of each shift.
-Maintain and update spreadsheets to keep all tasks information current.
-Handle purchasing of essential household items and supplies via Costco, Amazon, or other approved vendors.
-Assist in creating and updating Airbnb listings, ensuring accuracy and appeal to potential guests.
-Work with PriceLabs to review and adjust pricing and availability strategies.
-Create SOPs, standard documents, and Loom video training materials for internal systems and cleaning teams (outlines provided).
-Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to help streamline systems and improve processes.
-Assist with general personal assistant tasks and special projects delegated as needed.
-Provide occasional evening or weekend support for urgent matters.
Requirements:
-Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
-Highly organized with attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
-Comfortable using online tools and apps (Airbnb, PriceLabs, Thumbtack, Google Suite, Loom, Blink, Schlage, ChatGPT/AI tools).
-Proven Airbnb operations experience (this role is not for beginners).
-Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently after training.
Schedule & Pay:
-Weekday Position: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (8 hours/day with 1-hour lunch).
-Weekend Position: Saturday–Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (8 hours/day with 1-hour lunch).
-Pay: $500–$700/month (weekday role) or $200–$300/month (weekend role) depending on experience (starting at the lower end; increases as training and responsibilities expand).
