JOB OVERVIEW

We are a corporate housing/Airbnb Management company that has over 55+ properties across UK, and expanding into the across the nation.

We are currently looking for a Short-Term Rental VA that can help grow our network of businesses booking with us.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the operation of rental properties, managing the guest experience, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have experience in short-term rental management, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
* Check-in & check-outs
* Midstay cleaning comms
* Enquiries
* Direct booking comms
* Extensions comms
* Maintenance requests comms
* Guest Calls
* Guest disputes
* Phone monitoring
* Email management
* Landlord Communications
* Upsells
* Guest Experience report (Monday)

Requirements:
* Experience in short-term rental management
* Strong organisational and communication skills - especially the ability to follow up with guests and the team on issues.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle emergency situations in a professional manner
* Answering emergency calls and help guests resolve issues such as lockouts, flooding, etc.

Experience : 3 to 5 years in short term rental industry preferred otherwise trainable
( Bonus - If available to look into guest communications for on the 2 days off via phone - can be helpful)
