Peak Season Management is a short-term rental management company based out of the Smoky Mountains of NC and TN. Looking for HIGH PERFORMERS to add immediate value by bringing extremely high work ethic, relevant skills and experience, and outside-the-box thinking to our small but growing company.
MUST HAVE 3 Years MINIMUM AIRBNB MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE with a PROPERTY MANAGER

-VERY detailed in logging and following up on maintenance issues
-VERY good at written and spoken guest communication
-VERY fast learner with higher-than-average IQ and EQ
-VERY familiar with short-term rentals and the complexities that arise
-OBSESSED with 5 star reviews on airbnb/ vrbo/ expedia/ tripadvisor etc.
-Fluent Written and Spoken English and VERY good critical thinking/judgement in handling delicate situations
-3+ Years of AirBNB experience (Guest Relations/ Property Management) 5+ years experience preferred.
-Experience with Guesty, Slack, Clickup, Pricelabs and/or Stripe a PLUS (not required)
-FAST learner who can add value by thinking outside the box to solve hard problems.

Job Details:
You will be a Guest Relations Assistant and will be in charge of facilitating smooth check ins/outs, coordinating the cleaning staff, dealing with guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and keeping track of reviews. You will help populate internal databases and contribute to the ongoing learning of the team by documenting your learnings diligently and assisting in the training of new assistants.
Most important skills:
1) Excellent written, spoken English and able to understand American specific phrases and behaviors
2) EXPERT in AirBNB, Homeaway,
3) VERY HIGH attention to detail and NEVER letting things "fall through the cracks" (Never forgetting when something needs to be done/ HIGHLY accountable for your job to make sure its done fast and right)
4) Good judgement, ultra-professional demeanor, and desire to ensure the guest has a great experience
5) Fast learning curve and a go-getter, always-improving mentality
6) Extremely high organizational skills.
7) Ability to learn new software and integrate it into your workflow.
Some daily tasks:
1) Handling guest communication and dealing with guest complaints
2) Maintaining the airbnb, homeaway, and
3) Communicate effectively with our staff and manage and arrange for cleanings/ repairs/ maintenance.
4) Following up aggressively to make sure tasks are being completed (a guest is asking for a toaster and they can't find it! What do you do?) hint: ask the housekeeper where it is first; then have them check again; then allow them to purchase one)
5) You get the idea... it's a high-touch, guest relations role where you also help think about how to improve the business.
