JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a skilled AI video editor who can create realistic avatar-style videos using VEO (Flow). This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work for the right candidate. The workflow is structured and efficient once learned, and compensation is based on output and performance.

Job Responsibilities:

Generate and edit AI avatar videos using VEO
Follow provided scripts, images, and creative direction
Execute video creation with strong attention to detail and realism

Core Requirements:

Must use VEO (Flow) for video generation
VEO generates a maximum of 8 seconds per clip
Create videos in segments (8 seconds at a time)
Generate 4 variations per scene
Build videos sentence by sentence for proper pacing and accuracy

Voice and Audio Requirements:

Voice must remain consistent throughout the entire video
Same accent, tone, and delivery across all clips
Add “(CHINESE ACCENT)” under each sentence in the prompt
Lip sync must match naturally
No glitches or mismatched audio

Avatar Consistency:

Avatar must remain consistent across all clips
Facial structure must not change
Teeth must remain exactly the same across all clips (very important)
No distortion, warping, or identity changes

Video Style:

No excessive or unnatural movements
Camera must feel stable and realistic (like natural phone footage)
Final output must look human and natural, not “AI-generated”

Editing Requirements:

Must use CapCut on desktop or laptop
Combine all clips into one seamless video
Add default captions (white text with black outline)
Ensure smooth transitions and natural pacing
No awkward cuts

Required Test Task (Mandatory):

Sign up for VEO Flow and use free credits
Create a 30-second sample video using a provided image
Must demonstrate:
Voice consistency
Sentence-by-sentence pacing
Stable avatar appearance
Clean editing
Proper captions
Applications without a sample video will not be considered

Compensation:

Paid per minute of completed video
