We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Automation & Integration Specialist who is passionate about leveraging the latest artificial intelligence tools to optimize business operations, marketing, and customer experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with modern AI platforms and understand how to apply them within a credit repair or financial services environment.

This role involves integrating AI into our CRM, automating workflows, enhancing social media content, and staying ahead of emerging AI technologies.

???? AI Strategy & Implementation
• Develop and execute an AI roadmap tailored to the credit repair industry.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into operations, marketing, customer service, and dispute processing.
• Research and implement new and emerging AI tools to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Create scalable AI-driven systems to support business growth.

???? AI Tools & Platforms

The candidate must demonstrate hands-on experience with the following tools (or similar technologies):
• Claude & Claude Code – Prompt engineering, automation, and workflow development.
• Manus AI – Execution and automation of business processes.
• Perplexity AI – Research, data gathering, and knowledge synthesis.
• Gemini (Google AI) – Content generation and integrations with Google Workspace.
• OpenAI / ChatGPT – Advanced prompt engineering and API integrations.
• Zapier / Make (Integromat) – Workflow automation.
• GoHighLevel (GHL) – CRM automation and AI-powered customer journeys.
• Social Media AI Tools – AI video, voice, and image generation for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Other Emerging AI Platforms – Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies.

• Integrate AI tools with GoHighLevel and other business systems.
• Automate client onboarding, follow-ups, dispute workflows, and reporting.
• Build AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Develop SOPs and documentation for AI-driven processes.

???? Marketing & Social Media
• Use AI to create viral social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Implement AI tools for video editing, scriptwriting, voiceovers, and caption generation.
• Analyze engagement metrics and optimize campaigns using AI insights.
• Assist with AI-driven ad creatives and funnel optimization.

???? Data & Analytics
• Utilize AI for predictive analytics and performance tracking.
• Generate dashboards and reports to measure ROI and operational efficiency.
• Conduct competitive research using AI-powered tools.

????? Training & Support
• Train internal tea ---------- mbers on how to effectively use AI tools.
• Provide ongoing support and recommendations for process improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest AI trends and upcoming applications relevant to the business.

? Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in a business environment.
• Proven experience integrating AI tools into CRM and marketing systems.
• Strong understanding of automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
• Experience with prompt engineering and workflow design.
• Familiarity with credit repair, financial services, or compliance is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and proactively suggest improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, and CROA compliance (a plus).
• Background in digital marketing or social media management.
• Experience with API integrations and no-code/low-code tools.
• Familiarity with AI video tools such as Synthesia, HeyGen, Runway, or Pictory.
• Experience building AI agents or autonomous workflows.
