No-Code Expert Needed: Build & Deploy 3-Channel Medical AI Suite (Voice, WhatsApp, Web)

Job Description:
We work for premium clinics looking for an elite No-Code Automation Specialist / Conversational AI Integrator for a focused, high-priority project.

We require a sophisticated, secure, and commercially compliant AI system deployed across three channels: Voice AI (Phone), WhatsApp, and an Interactive Web Bot.

The core requirement of this 'gig' is to build a high-converting system that handles all logistics, payments, and standard FAQs without ever attempting to provide medical advice.

Your Responsibilities for this Gig (The Scope):

3-Channel Setup: Build and configure a single, unified AI logic "brain" that engages patients seamlessly across Voice, WhatsApp, and Web.

Clinical FAQ & Website Training: Train the AI using our provided clinical FAQs, treatment guides, and website data.

Strict Clinical Safety Compliance: You must configure the AI (using system prompts and ---------- logic) to answer administrative and treatment-related FAQs, but it must perfectly detect and escalate any medical or triage questions to our human staff. (Zero medical advice allowed).

Transaction Management (The Commercial Stack): Build secure, multi-outcome automations for:

Taking Deposits & Payments via Stripe.

Processing Automated Refunds based on our specific cancellation policy.

Handling Cancellations and complex rescheduling logic.

Multi-Platform Integration: Build error-free ---------- scenarios that connect the AI channels (Voice, WhatsApp, Web) to our clinic software stack: Zenoti, Stripe, and Calendly / GoHighLevel. The end-state is a patient who can self-book and pay for an appointment via AI, which is instantly reflected in Zenoti.

Required No-Code Skills & Tools:
You must be an established expert (not a beginner) in the following or equivalent stacks:

Conversational AI: Vapi.ai / Bland.ai (for Voice), Retell AI, or similar.

Workflow Automation: ---------- (formerly Integromat) is preferred over Zapier for this complexity. (Expert level with error-handling).

Messaging Platforms: ManyChat / WATI (for WhatsApp Business API).

Essential Clinic Stack: Must have direct experience integrating Zenoti, Stripe, Calendly / GoHighLevel.

Compensation & Timeline:

This is a fixed-price build project and will turn into a job for the right applicants.

We require a 30-working-day turnaround for the full build, rigorous testing, and final deployment.
