About the Role:
We’re looking for an After-Hours Lead Manager to cover the 9pm–9am CST shift (10am–10pm PHT). Your main responsibility will be making outbound and follow-up phone calls to engage new leads, build trust, and set appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Call all new leads that arrive after hours.
• Make consistent follow-up calls until contact is made or the lead is qualified.
• Send supplemental texts/emails as needed.
• Escalate “hot” leads (ready to buy or visit) to the on-call manager.
• Keep detailed notes and update lead status in our CRM (HighLevel).
• Report activity at the end of your shift.
Requirements:
• Must be available for the 9pm–9am CST (10am–10pm PHT) window.
• English fluency 9/10 or better — clear, confident, and professional with a neutral accent.
• Strong phone presence and confidence in outbound calling.
• Organized, persistent, and consistent with follow-ups.
• Prior experience in phone-based sales, appointment setting, or lead management.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
