JOB OVERVIEW

After Effects Video Editor – YouTube Quiz Channel (Long-Term)

We’re looking for a reliable After Effects Video Editor for a YouTube quiz channel similar to Quiz Blitz and Quiz Dino.

We provide established After Effects project files with the core animations, layouts, and video structure already built, along with quiz questions, scripts, and a production workflow.

Responsibilities

For each video, you will:

- Edit and customize our existing After Effects project files
- Add provided questions, answers, and other text
- Find relevant images and/or video clips
- Generate AI images when needed
- Generate voiceovers using our provided AI voice tool
- Sync voiceover, media, sound effects, and background music
- Adjust animations, timing, layouts, and other project elements as needed
- Thoroughly check text, answers, media, audio, timing, and overall quality
- Render and deliver the finished video
- Keep project files and media assets organized

Workload

- Most videos are 10–20 minutes
- Approximately 7 videos per week
- We work on a weekly production schedule, so videos can be completed ahead of schedule or in batches as long as weekly deadlines are met
- Consistent quality and reliable turnaround are essential

Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects
- Ability to confidently modify existing compositions and project elements
- Ability to efficiently source relevant visual media
- Comfortable using AI image-generation tools or able to learn them quickly
- Good written English and clear communication
- Comfortable using AI voice-generation tools
- Ability to consistently follow an established visual style
