JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring: Affiliate Outreach Team Trainer / Manager (Systems + Vetting Role)

I’m looking for someone with proven experience building and training affiliate outreach teams.

You will NOT be doing the outreach yourself.
Your role is to:

Train outreach tea ---------- mbers

Create and improve outreach scripts + systems

Relay campaign information clearly to the team

Vet and qualify outreachers before they join

Monitor performance and improve conversion rates

Build structure, accountability, and reporting

This is a leadership and systems role — not a beginner position.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing or training affiliate outreach teams

Portfolio or proof of results (screenshots, metrics, case studies)

Ability to explain your process clearly

Strong understanding of affiliate marketing systems

Organized, strategic thinker

I will ask detailed questions about your past experience and how you structure teams.
