Job Title: Affiliate Marketing and Influencer Relations Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Affiliate Marketing and Influencer Relations Specialist to manage and expand our influencer and affiliate marketing efforts. This role requires an expert in developing strong influencer relationships and creating compelling affiliate marketing strategies across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with micro-influencers across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Build long-term relationships with influencers to facilitate successful collaborations.
- Align influencer campaigns with company brand goals and strategies.
- Develop affiliate marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics of affiliate and influencer campaigns.
- Communicate and negotiate terms with influencers and affiliates.
- Help create content and manage influencer campaigns.

Mandatory Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in social media platforms and influencer marketing.
- Proven experience with affiliate marketing and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in micro-influencer outreach and affiliate marketing.
- Proficient in using social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Familiar with influencer marketing analytics tools.
- Basic graphic design capabilities for creating content.
- Previous experience in managing influencer and affiliate campaigns.
