JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Assistant to manage daily communications with our affiliate network. You’ll be the primary point of contact for creators and partners, keeping outreach consistent and responses fast.
Responsibilities:
∙ Send daily outreach emails to prospective and existing affiliates (using provided templates)
∙ Monitor the affiliate inbox and respond to questions same-day
∙ Track affiliate status (contacted, onboarded, active, inactive) in our tracker/spreadsheet
∙ Help onboard new affiliates through our SliceWP program
∙ Flag any compliance concerns (e.g., affiliates making health claims) to the team
∙ Maintain a professional, on-brand tone in all communications
Requirements:
∙ Strong written English and clear, professional email communication
∙ Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
∙ Basic spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel)
∙ Prior experience with affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or customer support a plus
∙ Must be able to follow strict brand compliance guidelines (research-use-only positioning — no dosing or consumption language)
