We're an affiliate marketing agency looking for a sharp ad researcher who can find new verticals, angles and creatives worth testing, then explain why they might work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Research affiliate offers, competitors and ads using ad-spy tools and native ad libraries.
- Find promising verticals, hooks, messaging angles and creative formats.
- Turn findings into clear briefs with source links, example ads, audience insights and test ideas.
- Work with our creative producer to turn research into original ads.
- Use performance feedback to improve your recommendations. Be clear about what the research shows and what still needs testing.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on affiliate ad research experience and good creative judgment.
- Confidence using ad-spy tools and comparing ads across traffic sources.
- The ability to explain why an angle could persuade a specific audience.
- Clear, organized communication and concise, useful briefs.
HOURS & COMPENSATION
- Part-time: 10–20 hours per week.
- Base pay: US$250–500 per month, depending on experience and agreed hours.
- Compensation is primarily fixed pay, plus quarterly performance bonuses based on the quality of your research and contribution to results. Particular consideration is given to angles that generate more than US$10,000 in profit. Bonus amounts and terms will be agreed separately; this is not an automatic bonus threshold.
HOW TO APPLY
Start your application with QUARTZ in uppercase as the very first word, before any greeting. Applications that do not follow this instruction will be disqualified.
Then answer:
1. Which ad-spy and research tools do you use, and how do you use them?
2. Which traffic sources do you understand best? Give a specific example of your experience.
3. Compare two real ad angles or creatives. Include links or screenshots, explain their audience and hook, and tell us which you would test first and why. Distinguish evidence from assumptions.
4. Share a research brief or relevant work sample, your availability and your compensation expectations within the stated range for 10–20 hours per week.
