JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and creative Reel and Video Editor with expertise in captions, animations, sound design, color grading, and the ability to create viral hooks. If you’re proficient in using tools like premier pro, after effects and DaVinci Resolve, and have a knack for making content that grabs attention and drives engagement, we want to hear from you.
If you shot content professionally, this is also a huge plus

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Edit high-quality reels and videos with a focus on captivating storytelling and seamless transitions.
Captions and Animations: Add engaging captions, animations, and other visual elements to enhance the viewer experience.
Sound Design: Implement sound effects, music, and audio enhancements to create a polished final product.
Color Grading: Ensure consistent and professional color grading that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic.
Content Creation: Develop viral content that resonates with our audience and meets platform-specific best practices.
Proficiency: polished, high-retention piece — combining clean cuts, pacing, and narrative flow to keep the viewer engaged from the first second to the last.”

Attend weekly loo ---------- etings to discuss content strategies, where you’ll present your creative direction through visual storyboards and flowcharts. We’ll collaborate closely to align your vision with our brand’s goals.

Daily Responsibilities:
Provide daily Loom video updates summarizing your completed tasks, any challenges faced, and areas where you need team input or support.

General Information:
Experience with video content creation and editing for social media platforms is essential. A solid understanding of what makes content viral, coupled with expertise in sound and visual editing, is crucial.

Requirements:
Proven experience in video editing, sound design, and color grading.
Strong skills using professional video editing tools.
A creative mindset with a deep understanding of current social media trends.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Experience in the healthcare and wellness industry is a plus.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
