Window Restoration Experts (Toronto, Canada) is hiring a Diagnostic Advisor SDR to own the front end of our sales process. This is NOT a generic appointment-setter role — you will be the qualification filter that protects our field team's calendar and the homeowner's experience.
ABOUT US
We are a premium window restoration company operating across the GTA. Our model is "Restore First. Replace When Right." — we diagnose before we sell, and we walk away from leads that aren't a fit. Our SDR mantra: "I don't convert everyone. I identify who is ready."
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle 40-60 inbound and outbound leads per week via phone, SMS, and form fills
- Run structured discovery calls using our 10-step Advisor Flow (full playbook provided)
- Score every lead 1-5 using our qualification rubric (intent, urgency, timeline, willingness to follow process)
- Book qualified assessments directly into our field team's Jobber calendar
- Use GoHighLevel daily — contacts, opportunities, pipelines, tags, workflows, conversation AI
- Communicate in Slack with the closer, ops, and owner — proactive, clean, coherent
- Handle the $175 assessment-fee conversation with confidence (we never discount)
- Execute clean disqualification when a lead isn't aligned — no chasing
WHAT YOU MUST BRING
- 2+ years advanced GoHighLevel experience (must have built workflows, pipelines, custom fields, and configured conversation AI — not just "used GHL")
- Client intake or appointment-setting track record for North American home services or high-ticket services (roofing, HVAC, solar, remodeling, etc.)
- English fluency at an ADVISORY tone — crisp, calm, confident. You'll be on the phone with Toronto homeowners daily.
- Experience with Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar field-service CRM
- Slack-native communicator
- Comfortable working 9am-5pm EST (10pm-6am Manila) — graveyard, full time
- Coachable, humble, and willing to be trained via Loom and live role-plays by our COO
- Stable internet, quiet home office, good-quality headset
BONUS POINTS
- Prior experience working for Toronto / EST Canadian companies (retention signal)
- Experience with Perspective Funnel or similar funnel builders
- History of pushing back on your manager when you thought you were right
HOW WE WORK
- Full onboarding with our COO — SOPs, role-plays, and a 2-4 week shadow period with our closer before you take the queue solo
- Weekly 1:1 coaching with the closer
- Monthly calibration calls with the owner
- You'll have a real voice on process improvements — we want a thinker, not a task-taker
COMPENSATION
$10-$14/hr USD depending on experience, paid bi-weekly. 40 hours/week. Performance-based raises reviewed at 90 days and 6 months.
