We're Success School, a fast-growing Australian business coaching company. We help service-based business owners build profitable, scalable businesses through coaching, marketing and proven systems.

We're looking for a full-time Ads VA to join our team and build and launch Meta advertising campaigns for our clients. You'll work closely with our Client Success and Marketing teams to ensure every campaign is built accurately, on time, and to a consistently high standard.

You'll thrive in this role if you take ownership, communicate proactively, ask questions when you're unsure, and genuinely care about getting the details right.

What You'll Be Doing
- Build Meta Lead Generation campaigns for our clients.
- Writing ad copy using our proven templates and frameworks.
- Creating ad creatives using Canva templates.
- Writing simple video scripts and creative briefs for clients.
- Setting up campaign structure, audiences, budgets and tracking.
- Testing the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, tracking and URLs before submitting campaigns for review.
- Following our proven SOPs, templates and systems to build every campaign consistently.
- Completing the Ads VA QA Checklist before every submission to ensure campaigns are accurate and ready for review.
- Updating project trackers and internal systems.
- Communicating blockers early and asking questions when clarification is needed.
- Working closely with the Funnel VA and Client Success team to keep projects moving.

- Experience building and launching Meta advertising campaigns.
- Confident using Meta Ads Manager.
- Confident creating ad creatives using Canva or similar design software.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable following systems and processes.
- Highly organised with strong time management.
- Proactive communicator who asks questions rather than making assumptions.
- Confident using Google Workspace.
- Experience using Slack, ClickUp or GoHighLevel is an advantage.
- Able to prioritise multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
