We’re an e commerce team testing multiple products every month and we’re looking for an ads strategist to join us long term.
Your role is to build the marketing and advertising strategy behind each product before launch and during scale. We are not looking for someone who only runs ads. We need someone who understands how to find the right angle, build the right campaign structure, guide creatives, and make decisions from data.
Main tasks:
• Research the product, market, competitors, and target audience
• Find strong marketing angles, hooks, desires, pain points, and positioning
• Build the ad strategy for each product launch
• Define campaign structure, audience testing, budget distribution, and scaling plan
• Give clear ad directions to the creative team for statics, videos, and UGC
• Write briefs for creatives, hooks, offers, and messaging angles
• Analyze ad performance and identify what to cut, improve, retest, or scale
• Improve CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and overall profitability
• Work with the team to constantly test new ideas and new products
What we need from you:
• Strong experience with e commerce paid ads
• Good understanding of Meta ads, testing strategy, and scaling logic
• Strong marketing sense, not just technical ad manager skills
• Ability to read data and turn it into clear action
• Someone proactive, sharp, and serious about performance
Work style:
We test many products every month, so this is long term work with constant volume for the right person.
