We are looking for a Google and Meta Ads Specialist who can also support content creation and social media posting to help generate leads and grow our online presence.
This role will focus on creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, while also assisting with the development and publishing of marketing content that drives engagement and conversions.
The ideal candidate understands how to build campaigns strategically — from audience targeting and creative development to testing and optimization — and can also help produce and publish content that supports overall marketing performance.
Responsibilities
Create and manage Google Ads and Meta
Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions
Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights
Develop ad creatives, marketing content, and social media content
Create and publish posts across social media platforms to support marketing campaigns
Collaborate on improving landing pages and conversion funnels
Work with the team to refine messaging and creative strategy to improve results
Requirements
Experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of lead generation and campaign optimization
Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy
Experience with content creation and social media posting
Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion-focused messaging is a plus
This is a gig/contract role with flexible hours, depending on campaign and content needs.
