JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and strategic Ads Manager to help grow **Amane Universe**—a multi-brand ecosystem that includes:

* **Amane Beauty** (cosmetics + wholesale products)
* **Amane Social Connect** (social media services + AI app for businesses)
* **Amane Media** (content, storytelling, and brand expansion)

This is not a typical ads role. We are building a **connected brand ecosystem**, and we’re looking for someone who understands how to turn attention into leads, and leads into long-term clients and customers.

**???? Role Overview**

As our Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing ad campaigns that attract:

* Wholesale buyers for Amane Beauty
* Business owners for our social media services and app
* A growing audience for Amane Media

You will work closely with the founder to turn content into high-performing ads and build funnels that drive consistent results.

**???? Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute ad strategies across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
* Create and test ad creatives (UGC, video, story-based ads)
* Build and optimize funnels:

* Lead generation
* Appointment booking
* Product/wholesale inquiries
* Analyze performance and continuously improve campaigns
* Collaborate on messaging and positioning for all brands under Amane Universe
* Turn organic content into paid ad campaigns

* Proven experience running **Meta ads** (lead generation + conversions)
* Strong understanding of **funnels and customer journeys**
* Ability to think both **strategically and creatively**
* Experience with:

* E-commerce (bonus)
* Service-based businesses (strong bonus)
* Strong communication and ability to collaborate
