We are looking for a committed, long-term Programmatic & Social Media Ads Manager to join our team and help drive measurable performance across multiple channels.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns across programmatic platforms (Basis, AdRoll, Simpli.fi), Meta, and LinkedIn
Facilitate scaling brand awareness and conversions through Programmatic, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising
Build and maintain campaigns across a variety of objectives (reach, lead generation, sales, etc.)
Review campaign results, identify insights, and recommend updates to targeting, placements, and creative
Monitor pacing and daily ad spend to ensure campaigns remain on track
Ensure brand consistency across all ad copy and messaging
Collaborate with internal teams on creative, analytics, and strategic recommendations

Qualifications
Must be available to work 12AM–8AM Manila Time
Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid social media advertising
Experience with Programmatic platforms (Basis, AdRoll, Simpli.fi) preferred
Meta Ads events and pixel experience is a strong bonus
Proven experience managing paid marketing campaigns with measurable results
Ability to identify target audiences and tailor campaigns accordingly
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and performance metrics
Excellent computer skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
