JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team full-time (or part-time to start). This role focuses heavily on supporting clients with Facebook/Meta Business Ads Manager, profile management, email support, and technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide email support to clients (responding professionally and promptly)
Act as a Facebook account specialist: Manage Business Ads Manager, handle profile/account settings, troubleshoot access issues
Support and assist clients with technical issues related to Facebook ads, accounts, and profiles
Fulfill client requests efficiently (e.g., ad setup adjustments, reporting, basic optimizations)
Handle ads review and appeals when needed (some knowledge of FB ads policies is a plus, but not required—we can train)
Other ad-related tasks as assigned (e.g., monitoring campaigns, basic performance checks)

Requirements / Qualifications:

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven experience with Facebook/Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and account/profile management (please share examples or years of experience)
Comfortable with email support and client communication
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks/clients
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for calls/meetings if needed
Familiarity with Facebook ads (creation, review, appeals) is a big plus but not mandatory—willingness to learn is key
Available for full-time hours (US/PH time overlap preferred)
