Full Loop CRM is looking for someone to **help operate and grow the company around the technology.**
This is not a developer position.
This is not a traditional virtual assistant position.
And this is not a job where you wait every morning for someone to send you a list of tasks.
You will start as an **Administrator, Operations**, learn Full Loop from the inside, and be trained with the intention of developing into an **Operations Manager responsible for the non-technical operation of Full Loop CRM.**
## What is Full Loop?
Full Loop is an end-to-end operating system built for service businesses.
It connects:
**Leads → communications → customers → sales → booking → scheduling → dispatch → workers → payments → payouts → reviews → retention → finance → HR → reporting.**
The platform is already built and operating real businesses.
Now we're building the **company around the platform.**
That's where you come in.
# Your mission
### Learn Full Loop better than anyone except the people who built it.
Then help us operate it, improve it, support its customers and grow it.
Initially, you'll work directly with the founder and learn every part of the platform.
As you prove yourself, you'll take ownership of more and more of Full Loop's daily non-technical operation.
The long-term goal is for you to become someone the founder can say:
> **“Handle Full Loop operations.”**
And know that it's handled.
# What you'll actually do
## Customer & Tenant Operations
You'll help manage Full Loop customers from onboarding through daily use.
That includes:
- New-customer onboarding
- Tenant setup
- Account activation
- Customer communication
- Training customers on Full Loop
- Answering questions
- Helping customers understand features
- Monitoring account health
- Identifying customers who aren't properly using the platform
- Following up
- Solving operational problems
- Escalating genuine technical issues to development
- Helping customers get measurable value from the system
Your job isn't simply to answer support tickets.
### Your job is to make Full Loop customers successful.
## Know the platform
You should eventually understand:
- CRM
- CommHub
- Voice
- SMS
-
- Booking
- Scheduling
- Dispatch
- Customer records
- Worker portals
- Payments
- Payouts
- Reviews
- SEO
- AI
- Yinez
- Zeus
- Finance
- HR
- Recruiting
- Reporting
- Tenant onboarding
- Business operations
You don't need to code these systems.
But you need to know how they're supposed to work.
# Work directly with development
You'll become an important bridge between:
### CUSTOMER → OPERATIONS → FOUNDER → DEVELOPMENT
When something breaks, don't tell the developer:
> “Customer says it's broken.”
Find out:
**What happened?
Who experienced it?
What were they doing?
Can you reproduce it?
When did it begin?
What should have happened?
What actually happened?
How important is it?**
Then give development something useful.
After it's fixed:
### Test it yourself.
Don't assume “deployed” means “solved.”
# Quality control
You will continuously use Full Loop as a real operator.
That means:
- Test workflows
- Find friction
- Identify confusing UX
- Find bugs
- Check customer accounts
- Monitor automation
- Verify releases
- Document problems
- Organize feature requests
- Prioritize issues
- Follow problems through resolution
We want someone who notices things **before customers complain about them.**
# Help direct product improvement
You'll talk to customers.
That gives you information developers don't have.
Your responsibility is to organize that information intelligently.
Not:
> “Someone wants this feature.”
Instead:
> “Five customers asked for essentially the same thing this week. Here's why they need it, here's the workflow they're trying to accomplish, and here's what I think would solve it.”
That's useful product operations.
# Help grow Full Loop
This is not only customer support.
You'll also help with:
- New customer inquiries
- Lead follow-up
- Demo coordination
- Customer onboarding
- Sales administration
- Customer retention
- Account expansion
- Partnerships
- Case studies
- Testimonials
- Customer feedback
- Internal documentation
- Marketing coordination
- Launches
- Operational projects
As Full Loop grows, you'll help build the operating team underneath it.
# Speed matters
We operate quickly.
If a customer has a problem, they should not wait hours because you're “working on it.”
If something breaks across multiple tenants, that's not tomorrow's problem.
If a developer says something is fixed, verify it.
If a new customer is ready to onboard, move.
If you don't understand something, ask.
### Do not sit on problems.
We value **speed + accuracy + ownership.**
# You need confidence
You'll be working directly with:
- The founder
- Developers
- Business owners
- Customers
- Administrators
- Operators
You need to be capable of communicating clearly and confidently.
If something is wrong, say so.
If you disagree, explain why.
If you made a mistake, own it and fix it.
If someone hasn't completed something, follow up.
We don't need someone who says:
> “Sorry boss.”
We need someone who says:
> **“I found the problem. Here's what happened. Here's what I'm doing about it.”**
# Operations Manager in Training
The title matters.
We're not looking for someone to remain an administrator forever.
The path is:
### Administrator → Senior Administrator → Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, you could eventually oversee:
- Full Loop administrators
- Customer success
- Customer onboarding
- Support
- Tenant operations
- Sales administration
- QA
- Product operations
- Internal processes
- Hiring/training
- Performance
- Daily non-technical operations
The founder should increasingly focus on **product, strategy and growth**, while you build the ability to run the operation around Full Loop.
# Compensation
Everyone starts at:
### **$200 USD/week**
The first stage is about proving yourself.
We don't care what somebody else paid you previously.
We care about what you demonstrate here.
Compensation can progress:
### **$200 → $250 → $300 → $350 → $400 → $500/week**
Progression is based on:
**Performance. Responsibility. Speed. Reliability. Results.**
Not simply time employed.
Exceptional performers can advance quickly.
After proving yourself, there is also an opportunity to participate in Full Loop's **profit-share program**.
The objective is to create substantial upside for people who become genuinely important to the company.
# Who we're looking for
You should be:
- Extremely fast
- Highly responsive
- Intelligent
- Organized
- Confident
- Aggressive about getting results
- Excellent in English
- Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners
- Technologically capable
- Comfortable learning complex software
- Good under pressure
- Able to prioritize
- Able to make decisions
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable holding other people accountable
- Comfortable working with developers
- Customer-focused
- Sales-minded
- Curious
- Reliable
- Hungry to advance
- Looking for something long-term
Experience with SaaS, CRMs, customer success, operations, sales, project management, support, startups or service businesses is valuable.
But **speed, judgment, ownership and drive matter more.**
# Do NOT apply if...
You disappear during working hours.
You need repeated reminders.
You avoid difficult conversations.
You are uncomfortable talking to customers.
You move slowly when something is urgent.
You need detailed instructions for every decision.
You blame other people when something goes wrong.
You tell us something is fixed without checking it.
You wait for customers to report problems instead of monitoring the platform.
You want an easy remote administrative job.
### This is not that job.
# Your application is your video
Forget the résumé.
I don't want a generic cover letter.
I don't want an AI-written application explaining that you're “detail-oriented and hardworking.”
### Send me a 2–5 minute video.
Tell me:
- Who are you?
- Why should I hire you?
- What have you operated or managed before?
- How quickly do you learn complicated software?
- How do you handle pressure?
- How do you deal with an unhappy customer?
- How would you work with developers?
- What would you do if a customer reported that a major Full Loop feature stopped working?
- What would you do if a developer said it was fixed but the customer said it still wasn't working?
- How would you organize feedback from 20 different customers?
- Why do you want responsibility instead of simply completing assigned tasks?
- Where do you want to be professionally in two years?
And answer this:
# “If I gave you Full Loop operations tomorrow, what would you do during your first 30 days?”
## Send your video directly to Jeff on WhatsApp
### **+1 (212)
Send:
**Your name + “Full Loop Operations” + your video.**
No résumé required.
No cover letter required.
We're looking for someone who watches this opportunity and thinks:
# “Give me the platform. I'll learn it, own it and help grow it.”
