• A privately owned company with significant experience in selling products and services to primary and secondary medical
care sites throughout the UK and Ireland.
Job Summary / Specification –
• We require administration and marketing support to assist our existing Team Line Manager and Business Development
team in the mapping and contacting of potential international companies in the healthcare industry.
• Part time position - based on 20 hours per week (4 hours per day) to be worked between the hours of UK GMT time 8:00
AM and 4:00 PM.
Qualifications and Skills Required –
o Able to speak / write in English to an advanced / proficient level.
o Competent in Microsoft office package – Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Monday etc.
o Marketing experience and social media management with intermediate graphic design abilities.
o A medical background would be useful but not essential.
o Competent in advanced internet research
o Can create new systems to improve workflow efficiency
o Knows alternative methods of obtaining contact information beyond organic lead generation
Responsibilities and duties -
• Identification / Mapping different global medical technology conferences and exhibitions across multiple clinical areas
• Finding global medical companies using other mechanisms such as Google alerts / Newsletters / industry forums etc
• Contacting companies from the above lists via direct

• Utilising other platforms such as LinkedIN to make contact with these companies / individuals
• Cold calling
• Marketing such as producing brochures, power point presentations, social media graphics.
This person will become an integral member of the team to assist in lead generation for our UK commercial business.
