JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there,
I’m looking for a part-time Administrative Virtual Assistant to help with daily online operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable using computers. This position is great for someone who enjoys structure, consistency, and working independently.
You’ll be responsible for supporting general admin work such as organizing files, updating spreadsheets, tracking data, and assisting with small projects. Training and guidance will be provided to help you adapt to the systems we use.

Requirements:
-Good understanding of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail, etc.)


-Reliable computer and stable internet connection


-Attention to detail and ability to follow clear instructions


-Strong written communication and organizational skills


-Familiarity with Amazon FBA is a plus, but not required

-Strict NDA Required: You will handle sensitive business and client information, and signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement is mandatory prior to onboarding.

Pay:
$2.50/hour for applicants with no prior experience
$3.00/hour for applicants with prior Amazon FBA experience
Raises are earned quickly based on performance, consistency, and reliability.

Work hours are flexible/negotiable as long as the job gets done! This role can grow over time with strong performance!
