JOB TITLE

Client Experience + Content Assistant for Luxury Catering Brand

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a high-end private chef and catering company specializing in elevated, experience-driven events across New York.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented assistant who can manage client communication, support content creation, and help us stay organized and responsive as we grow.

This role is part admin, part marketing, and part client experience. The right person will help us not only stay organized, but also increase bookings through thoughtful communication and follow-up.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Inbox + Client Management (High Priority)
• Monitor and organize email inbox daily
• Respond to client inquiries using brand voice (templates provided, but must sound natural)
• Flag high-priority leads
• Follow up with past inquiries that did not book
• Keep conversations organized and easy to track

Client Outreach + Promotions
• Reach out to past clients for seasonal events and promotions
• Assist with simple email campaigns or announcements
• Identify opportunities to re-engage clients
• Support converting inquiries into booked events

Content + Social Media Support
• Assist with Instagram captions and posting
• Light video editing (CapCut or similar; basic cuts and text)
• Organize event photos and videos
• Maintain a consistent, elevated brand tone

Organization + Admin
• Track leads and bookings
• Assist with invoices and follow-ups (Square)
• Keep systems organized and up to date

IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Strong written English with a natural, polished tone
• Comfortable communicating with clients professionally
• Experience with email management and customer service
• Basic Instagram and content editing skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Experience in hospitality, events, or food brands is a plus

HOURS + PAY
• Part-time to start (10–20 hours per week)
• Opportunity to grow into a long-term role
• Compensation based on experience
