JOB OVERVIEW

The Opportunity
This role plays a critical part in supporting executive operations while also contributing directly to outbound sales efforts. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys balancing administrative excellence with pipeline-building activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and inboxes, ensuring organization, responsiveness, and zero scheduling conflicts
- Handle appointment setting and coordination of meetings across internal stakeholders
- Conduct cold calling and outbound outreach, including LinkedIn-based prospecting
- Maintain and update Zoho CRM with accurate, complete, and up-to-date lead data
- Support executive assistants tasks including logistics, task tracking, and follow-ups
- Collaborate daily with internal tea ---------- mbers to ensure alignment on priorities and execution
- Manage multiple ongoing tasks and projects while maintaining strong attention to detail

Compensation
Competitive monthly compensation based on experience and role scope.

Monthly compensation ranges from ?30,000 – ?42,000, depending on experience and role scope. Final compensation is aligned with the candidate’s experience level.

Required Skills
Core Technical Skills
- Experience with lead management and CRM systems, specifically Zoho CRM
- Proficiency in Google Workspace for communication, scheduling, and documentation
- Experience with Asana for task and project management
- Proven ability to perform outbound outreach, including cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting
- Strong calendar and inbox management capabilities

- Self-directed with the ability to take initiative and work independently
