JOB OVERVIEW

Graphic Designer & Web Designer (Webflow/UI Designer) – Full-Time Remote

Rate: $5/hour

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Web Designer to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating high-quality marketing assets while designing and maintaining modern, responsive websites using Webflow.

You'll support branding, digital marketing, website design, and content creation while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Design high-quality graphics for social media, email campaigns, blogs, advertisements, and marketing materials
- Create presentations, brochures, banners, and branded collateral
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets
- Design and build responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow
- Create modern UI layouts and website mockups
- Maintain and update existing websites
- Optimize websites for desktop and mobile responsiveness
- Assist with blog graphics and SEO-related visual content
- Support basic content writing for landing pages and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns and creative projects

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional Graphic Design experience
- Proven experience designing and building websites using Webflow (Required)
- Strong Figma experience (Required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Canva experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and website projects
- Understanding of responsive web design and UI/UX principles
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Highly Preferred:
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or similar platforms
- Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Experience supporting digital marketing and SEO initiatives

Work Setup:
- Full-Time Remote
- Potential to start Part-Time during the probationary period
