JOB OVERVIEW

Attention, Rockstars! We’re looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant. We are looking for someone with superior organizational skills who will keep the team organized, make sure the office runs smoothly, and will provide a wonderful experience for anyone who engages with Limelight Media..

Responsibilities:
Check daily attendance
Schedules meetings and conferences
Host Zoom webinars
Keep track of students’ progress through our portal and send reports on it
Adding and sending of reminders to students through our communication channels
Communicating with students via calls and texts

Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be knowledgeable of the Google Workspace (Google Calendar, Sheets, etc.)
Must be knowledgeable or have experience with Zoom, Zoom Webinars
Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite
Must be tech savvy
Is a fast-learner and can work in a fast-paced, sales environment

The position is Full Time (remote) between the hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST Monday through Friday.
