We are a growing real estate investment company in the United States looking for a dependable and highly organized Administrative Assistant / Transaction Coordinator to join our team long term.
This position will start as a combination of transaction coordination and general administrative work. As our company continues to grow, we expect transaction coordination to become a larger part of the role.
What You'll Be Doing
Transaction Coordination
• Help manage real estate transactions from contract to closing
• Communicate with closing attorneys, title companies, agents, buyers, sellers, and other parties involved in transactions
• Send contracts and other documents to the appropriate parties
• Follow up on outstanding documents, signatures, deposits, and closing items
• Keep track of important dates and deadlines
• Provide updates to our team on the status of each transaction
• Help make sure nothing falls through the cracks between contract and closing
Administrative Support
• Upload and organize lead/property lists
• Enter and update information in our CRM
• Respond to text messages and basic inquiries
• Help manage incoming messages and route them to the correct team member
• Update spreadsheets, documents, and internal trackers
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time
• Willing to learn new systems and processes
• Looking for a long term position with a growing company
Real estate or transaction coordination experience is a plus, but it is not required if you are organized, dependable, and willing to learn.
Important
This is not a position where you will simply wait for tasks to be assigned.
We need someone who can eventually take ownership of the transaction coordination side of the business, keep track of what needs to happen next, follow up with the appropriate people, and make sure deadlines and important details are not missed.
As you learn our business and prove yourself, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility within the company.
