We are expanding and looking for a Filipino Administrative Assistant with a sales mindset to help us grow our user base and onboard new dealers.
Role Overview
This is a Virtual Assistant + Sales Support role where you will help manage daily operations while actively reaching out to potential users, dealerships, and partners.
Responsibilities
Conduct outreach
Assist with lead generation and follow-ups
Manage CRM, spreadsheets, and onboarding tracking
Schedule meetings and handle administrative tasks
Provide customer support for users on the app
Help execute marketing campaigns and growth strategies
Research and identify new sales opportunities and partnerships
Requirements
Based in the Philippines with reliable internet
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Assistant, or Customer Support preferred
Comfortable with outreach and talking to potential clients
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Nice to Have
Experience with marketplace apps, automotive, boats, or RVs
Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, CRM systems, social media platforms
Sales or lead generation experience
