**Location:** Remote — Philippines
**Position Type:** Full-Time Independent Contractor
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. Central)
**Compensation:** $1,080 USD/month to start, increasing to $1,200 at 90 days based on performance
**Start Date:** Immediate

---

## About the Role

We're a U.S.-based residential and commercial roofing company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to keep our office running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a desk-based support role, not a phone or sales role. Your job is three things, done consistently: **staying on top of follow-ups, keeping our documents and files organized, and keeping our project records accurate in JobTread.** You'll work closely with our Operations Manager, helping him stay ahead of paperwork instead of chasing it.

**This is a night-shift position.** Our business runs on U.S. Central Time, so you'll need to be available 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday through Friday, year-round.

---

## What You'll Do

**Inbox support**
- Check and organize the company inbox throughout your shift.
- Reply to routine emails using templates we provide.
- Flag anything urgent or unclear for your supervisor.

**Project record-keeping (JobTread)**
- Keep customer and project records up to date.
- Attach photos, contracts, and vendor documents to the correct job.
- Notice when something's missing (a receipt, a signed document, a change order) and follow up on it.
- Send out proposals, contracts, and invoices, and track which ones still need a signature.

**File organization**
- Keep our Google Drive tidy — consistent folder structure, consistent file names, no clutter.
- Make sure documents are easy for the team to find.

**Supporting our Operations Manager**
- Track his follow-up items and help make sure they get done.
- Keep job-related files complete and organized so he isn't chasing paperwork.

**A quick note to end each day**
- A short end-of-shift note: what you got done, anything that needs attention, what's next.

---

## What We're Looking For

- Solid written English.
- Real, hands-on experience with **JobTread**, or a similar construction/project-management platform — this matters more than anything else on this list.
- Comfortable in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets).
- Naturally organized — you notice when something's out of place.
- Can work independently once you know what "good" looks like.
- Reliable internet and power, with a backup plan for both.
- Able to commit to the night-shift schedule long-term, including through U.S. daylight-saving changes.

**Nice to have, not required:** familiarity with GoHighLevel or another CRM, roofing/construction industry background, experience with Loom.

You don't need to know how to build a website or an automation. We're looking for someone who's great at keeping things organized and accurate.

---

## Pay & Schedule Details

- $1,080/month to start; increases to $1,200 at your 90-day review if you're meeting expectations.
- Paid via **Wise**, twice a month (15th and last business day), with transfer fees covered by us.
- 15 paid days off per year (covers vacation, sick time, and any local holidays you want to take), accruing monthly. Two weeks' notice for planned time off.
- Year-end bonus of up to one month's pay for a full year of solid performance.

---

## How to Apply

**Start your application with the words: Let's do this** — applications that skip this may not get reviewed.

Please include:
1. Your résumé.
2. Your city and confirmation you can work 9 PM – 6 AM Philippine Time.
3. A short (2–3 min) video introducing yourself.
4. Specifically what you've done with JobTread or similar software.

We're hiring someone we can count on for the long run — send us your application and tell us why that's you.
