We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant. Key Responsibilities:

- Filter, categorize, and clean up
2. Scheduling and Coordination:
- Organize meetings, send invites, and provide reminders.
3. Communication Skills:
- Answer and make phone calls with excellent verbal skills.
- Prospect leads in CRM through text,
4. Client Care:
- Conduct follow-ups, send thank you notes, gifts, and reminder
5. File Management:
- Manage and organize files on Gsheet & Gdrive.
6. Report Creation:
- Generate basic weekly, monthly, and annual reports, including deliverables and sales.
7. CRM Management (Follow Up Boss):
- Handle data entry, database cleanup, and updating notes and information.
8. Social Media Management:
- Update and manage personal social media accounts, including Instagram,
9. Personal Errands:
- Execute tasks such as purchasing gifts.
10. Marketing Support:
- Assist in creating flyers and advertisements.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Experience in administrative roles preferred.
