Key Responsibilities Include:
Relationship Cultivation: Actively building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, customers, and business partners (realtors, builders, investors, etc.).
Outbound Engagement: Making proactive calls to past clients, current warm leads, and referral partners to nurture relationships and identify new opportunities.
Database & CRM Management: Managing our contact database and CRM system with meticulous accuracy, including administration and setting up automation workflows.
Digital Presence: Managing and monitoring company communications across
Marketing Strategy: Assisting with the strategic planning and execution of targeted marketing and lead generation activities.
Reputation Management: Managing requests and monitoring feedback on Testimonials & Review platforms to maintain our excellent reputation.
Must-Haves (The Essentials for Success):
Exceptional English Verbal Communication: Must possess a friendly, empathetic, caring, and professional phone presence.
Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented approach to work.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace and hands-on experience with CRM Administration and automation tools.
Time Commitment: Must be able to work a consistent, reliable schedule to support US business hours.
