JOB OVERVIEW

Administrative Assistant

We are a fast-growing digital marketing and talent management agency that manages a portfolio of client websites across diverse industries. We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented admin assistant to oversee, maintain business development for customer and vendor prospective as well as being available to assist with weekend invoices during our standard operating hours.

Position Overview:
Working Hours: Wednesday to Sunday 1-9pm EST or Saturday to Wednesday 1-9pm EST

Job Description
Customer Research & Prospecting
- Build a database of potential customers in different categories, mange outreach, tracking a responses before passing to staff

Vendor Research & Prospecting
- Build database of vendors across cities researching all providers, one we work with ones we don't, if not why to make sure we have completeness and accuracy of vendors in each market

Retargeting & Upselling Plan Research
- Providing a list of recently completed deals to provide to associates to send upselling templates
- Providing a list of 3 month inactive clients to send a retargeting memo

Weekend Invoice Submission
- As part of this role one of their projects will be to work on weekends and make sure invoices are provided immediately to allow for less reliance finance and execs immediate assistance

The successful candidate will be expected to:
· Update information in company platform
· Manage CRM ongoing
· Manage time sensitive billing requests for clients
· Ad Hoc research projects for staff
· Our business is strongy supported by technology, and we are looking for people who are adept at working remotely.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in or equivalent experience
0 - 3 years' corporate experience
Advanced knowledge of Office, CRM Software and any other relevant software
