Title: Concierge Patient Experience Lead & Medical EA
Location: Remote (Philippines - Must overlap 100% with Clinic Hours)
Target Profile: Medical Professional with experience working with US-based Concierge/Private Practice.
Role Mission: To provide an "invisible" yet omnipresent high-end service for our members. You are the primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring their healthcare journey is frictionless, personalized, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities:
VIP Relationship Management: Act as the "Concierge" for all member inquiries. You don't just "book appointments"; you manage the patient's schedule, prep them for visits, and follow up on their wellness goals.
Seamless Intake & Onboarding: Handle the end-to-end onboarding of new members, ensuring all digital "paperwork" is 100% complete and their first experience with the clinic is flawless.
Clinician Support: Support clinical staff with administrative needs.
Proactive Outreach: Monitor patient charts for "gaps in care." If a member hasn't had their quarterly labs or wellness check, you reach out to schedule them before they even think to ask.
Required Persona & Skills:
The "Hospitality" Voice: Exceptional, accent-neutral English with a warm, "nothing is too much trouble" tone.
Tech Savvy: Familiar with healthcare software and able to seamlessly contribute to business processes.
The "Operator" Mindset: Ability to anticipate the Clinician's needs.
Fluent English is an absolute MUST.
