Position Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team with a primary focus on high volume appointment setting for Medicare leads. This part-time role offers excellent growth potential, with opportunities to evolve into broader responsibilities including standard operating procedures development, insurance contracting, and recruitment support.
Primary Responsibilities
Immediate Focus (Part-Time):
- Conduct outbound calls to Medicare leads to schedule appointments with licensed agents
- Manage and update lead databases using our (Go High Level) CRM system
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and gather preliminary information
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and outcomes
- Support inbound lead qualification and appointment scheduling
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to Medicare sales pipeline
Growth Opportunities (Role Evolution):
- Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and document processes for lead management, appointment setting protocols, and client onboarding procedures
- Insurance Contracting: Assist with carrier appointment processes, licensing coordination, and compliance documentation
- Recruitment Support: Help identify, screen, and onboard new insurance brokers as we expand our team to 25+ professionals
- Training Development: Create training materials and support broker education initiatives
- Canva Designs (worksheets, social posts, handbooks, thumbnails)
- Social Media Scheduling & Posts
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Medicare and the benefits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospects
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software quickly
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
- Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for phone calls
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in appointment setting or lead generation
- Familiarity with insurance industry
- Experience with CRM systems or database management
- Background in administrative support or virtual assistance
- Interest in insurance industry and willingness to learn compliance requirements
