We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, with strong proficiency in Google Workspace, ClickUp, and Slack. We are looking for someone who is not only comfortable handling phone and video calls but who can take ownership of tasks, streamline processes, and ensure projects are completed efficiently. This role requires a self-starter who can prioritize tasks effectively, proactively solve problems, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:
Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, seeing them through to completion with minimal oversight.
Actively manage complex schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel with an eye on efficiency and priority alignment.
Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines are met and keeping tea
Proactively identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and increase team productivity.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all tasks are aligned with team goals and delivered on time.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare actionable reports or presentations that add value and drive informed decision-making.
Use Google Workspace, ClickUp, and Slack to keep projects and tasks organized, updated, and progressing smoothly.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, ClickUp, and Slack.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to independently prioritize tasks.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and proactive demeanor.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to adapt to changing priorities with ease.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
