We’re hiring a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Administrative & Social Media Virtual Assistant to manage client communication, support customer success, and assist with day-to-day operations at Prime Time Real Estate Media.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm PST position. The role is focused on client messaging, social media management, and operational support. You’ll manage conversations with potential and current clients via Instagram DMs,

Monitor and respond to all incoming messages (Instagram,
Manage and oversee Instagram account activity, including responding to inquiries and maintaining consistent communication with clients
Nurture leads and help move qualified conversations toward scheduled calls
Provide proactive project updates to active clients
Answer client questions clearly and professionally, resolve concerns, and escalate complex client issues when needed
Support workflow optimization and operational improvements during slower periods
Track and report on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), such as response times, lead conversions, booking rates, client satisfaction, and overall communication efficiency. This helps us measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the business is running smoothly.
