KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* assist the Chief Marketing Officer in reviewing emails, marketing material, uploading videos onto social media
* use Editing Apps that integrate AI (ie. CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT) to generate thumbnails, images, reels
* organize all of our marketing tasks and make sure all tasks are executed in a timely manner w/ excellence
* respond to social media comments
* create newsletters
* track All marketing stats
* Transcribe videos into emails and blogs
* vitally important = be able to follow the CMO's instructions
* and additional admin tasks

CHARACTER REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
• You must truly have a caring heart and truly want to help people improve their health, if you are mainly focused on how much money you can make, we are not the team for you
• You must be organized and be able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities everyday. If you’re looking to only do one or two tasks per day, we are the wrong team for you.
• You must be able to follow instructions exactly as written, if you don’t like reading or following instructions, we are not the right team for you
• You must value Results over effort. If you like to be paid based on how many tasks you completed or how much responsibilities you have, we are not the team for you. We pay ONLY based on you meeting your KPIs, metrics, quotas.
• You must sleep the same schedule 7 days a week. Your Health is our priority, and if you don’t value your own health we don’t want you on our team.
• You must be honest and have integrity. If you are caught lying, you will be immediately terminated.
• You must want to EARN your pay (ie. base salary + bonuses) instead of being given a pay (ie. focused only on base salary) that you didn’t earn.

Computer/Laptop/Internet Requirements:
• Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 10 Mbps
• Secondary and Tertiary Back up Internet
• Intel Core i5 or higher Operating System with at least 8gb RAM
• Excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam
• Quiet, private home office free from noise background or distractions

WORK HOURS
* Option Full-time = 40 hours per week, work schedule is based on your time zone and must be consistent work hours, you cannot work whenever you want.
* Option PART-TIME = Part-time 20 hours/wk, in your timezone, but assignments/projects/tasks must be completed by 6am CST everyday M-F
* BOTH must attend our morning marketing huddle mon-fri 8:09am CST - 8:45am cst
