EVENT SUPPORT VA – Marketing & Admin for Medical Events
Hours per week: 15–20 to start
Salary: Please include your expected monthly rate in USD
Work schedule: Flexible, but must overlap at least 3 hours with US Eastern Time
Employment Type: Part-time quickly moving to full time based on performance
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our live chiropractic event — Mile High 2025. This is a behind-the-scenes support role for a fast-paced, mission-driven event that includes marketing tasks, admin coordination, and lead follow-up.
You’ll work closely with a small, supportive team and take ownership of various moving pieces to help make the event a success.
YOUR MAIN TASKS
Marketing Support
-Create graphics in Canva
-Edit and repurpose video clips using Kapwing or Descript
-Organize and schedule content
-Update social media templates and promo materials
Admin & Event Coordination
-Manage speaker and exhibitor outreach (track forms, deadlines, reminders)
-Organize details using Google Sheets and Drive
-Communicate with the team via Slack
-Track tasks and timelines in Asana
Sales & Follow-Up
-Send
-Organize contacts and tag lists in Aweber
-Respond to common questions using pre-written templates

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years experience as a VA (preferably in events, marketing, or sales support)
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficient with Canva and familiar with basic video editing
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and keeping organized
- Own computer, strong and stable internet, quiet work environment
- Available to overlap at least 3 hours/day with US Eastern Time
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF…
-You’re looking for a flexible retainer or project-based role with no set working hours
-You’re not available to actively work during Eastern Time hours (we need someone who’s online and responsive during working hours)
-You prefer to wait for direction instead of taking initiative
-You get overwhelmed easily when juggling multiple deadlines
-You don’t enjoy event work or marketing tasks
-You struggle with English communication or using tools like Asana, Slack, Canva, or Google Drive
