Remote | Full-Time | U.S. Eastern Time Hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET, Monday-Friday)

We are a growing U.S.-based promotional products company looking for a full-time, long-term Virtual Assistant / Admin Assistant. This role focuses on email management, quoting, order processing, tracking, and creating invoices.

If you have experience in the promotional products or logistics industry and enjoy clear SOPs, structured workflows, and accuracy-focused work, this stable role could be a great fit for you. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Review emails, prepare quotes, and track orders accurately.
2. Work with pricing, quantities, margins, and spreadsheets.
3. Draft professional English emails to clients and suppliers.
4. Follow strict SOPs and provide daily task updates.

What We Are Looking For:
1. SAGE Experience: Experienced in searching for products and preparing quotes using SAGE.
2. Extremely Detail-Oriented: You naturally spot incorrect quantities, color mismatches, and pricing errors. You always double-check work.
3. Tech & Math Savvy: Comfortable with basic math, pricing checks, Excel, and Google Sheets.
4. Strong English: Excellent written skills for professional corporate communication.
5. Long-Term Mindset: You want stability and thrive in repetitive, structured processes.
