WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR A GENERAL VA. WE ARE HIRING AN ADMIN MANAGER.
If you're looking for a task-based, "tell me what to do" VA job — this isn't it. If you want to own a real function of a real business, keep reading.
30A Window Washing is a growing exterior cleaning home services company based in Florida. We're scaling aggressively and need someone detail-obsessed to run the administrative and financial backbone of the business. This isn't just a short term gig position we are looking to fill, we are shooting to be the fastest growing company in our industry and need the best of the best, A Player talent to be apart of the team, given the growth rate of the company there is vast amounts of growth potential for this position as well.
This role works closely under our Operations Manager and is a critical second seat in our back office — not a lesser role, just a different lane. If you're precise, financially minded, and love clean systems more than you love chaos, this is your job.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Running payroll
- Bookkeeping and financial record-keeping in QuickBooks
- Making sure every client profile in our CRM is set up correctly and completely
- Making sure every job is marked/logged correctly (completed, invoiced, paid, etc.)
- General financial organization and reporting support
- Personal assistant tasks for the owner as needed (scheduling, research, misc. admin support)
THIS IS NOT ENTRY-LEVEL. HERE'S WHAT'S REQUIRED:
- 8/10 English or higher, spoken and written. You'll be communicating with our team and occasionally clients directly. If your English isn't strong, please don't apply — this isn't a knock on you, it's just not the right fit.
- QuickBooks experience required. You must have real, hands-on experience running payroll and bookkeeping inside QuickBooks. This is not optional — if you haven't used QuickBooks specifically, please don't apply.
- CRM experience preferred. Experience keeping client records and job records clean and accurate inside a CRM (home services industry a plus, but not required).
- 40+ hours/week, and you must work Central Time (US) business hours. This is a real job, not a side gig.
- Detail-obsessed and organized. This role lives and dies by accuracy. If a client profile is wrong or a job is marked incorrectly, it creates real problems downstream. We need someone who catches their own mistakes before anyone else has to.
- Proactive, not reactive. If you see something off in the books, in the CRM, or in a client account, we want you to flag it or fix it — not wait to be told.
- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a real computer. No exceptions.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- $690-$1,560/month (approx. $4-9/hr) depending on experience and English level, paid [weekly / bi-weekly]
- Long-term, full-time position with real room to grow as the company scales
- Direct access to leadership — you'll work closely with our Operations Manager and the owner
- A stable, structured role where your accuracy and reliability are genuinely valued

HOW TO APPLY — READ CAREFULLY. Applications that don't follow these exact instructions will not be considered. This is intentional — I need to know you follow directions before I trust you with our financials.
1. Your application subject/first line must read exactly:
ADMIN MANAGER — [Your Name] — [Your English Self-Rating 1-10]
2. Answer these 3 questions in your application:
- Describe your experience with QuickBooks — specifically, what did you handle (payroll, invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, etc.)?
- Tell me about a time you caught a mistake (yours or someone else's) before it became a bigger problem. What did you do?
- What does "accuracy" mean to you in a job like this, in your own words?
3. Record a 60-90 second video (Loom or your phone camera) introducing yourself IN ENGLISH, telling me why you're the right fit. Attach the link.
NO VIDEO = NO CONSIDERATION, regardless of how strong your resume is.
