Job Title: Content Editor/ Web Publisher/ Project Admin Assistant
Location: Remote (Full-Time, Must be available Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST)
Overview:
Join a large, dependable company as a full-time Content Editor / Web Publisher/ Project Admin Assistant.
This role involves a combination of content management, web publishing, project coordination, and collaboration. You will handle content editing, design, SEO adherence, and administrative duties for project managers, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality work.
Primary Responsibilities:
Edit and proofread written content for grammar, coherence, and style alignment.
Publish and layout content on WordPress, adhering to SEO guidelines.
Create and design appropriate graphics (e.g., Canva) to complement content.
Schedule and oversee the publication of 4-6 long-form content pieces daily.
Proactively manage project tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery.
Coordinate meetings, logistics, and communications for project teams.
Respond to calendar scheduling requests and assist with internal/external meeting coordination.
Monitor
Generate weekly/monthly reports on project metrics, tracking goals, revenue, and results.
Work closely with tea

High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Tech-savvy with expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva,).
Familiarity with SEO best practices and WordPress is a plus.
Ability to work autonomously with a proactive attitude and open to feedback.
Technical Requirements:
Dependable computer with Windows 10 and the ability to run Microsoft Teams and Office 365.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
