I’m looking for a reliable, proactive, and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support me with a variety of backend tasks and business operations. You’ll also be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of cold callers, ensuring they stay on task and deliver consistent results.
This is not just a task-based role – I need someone who can think critically, take initiative, and help me run and scale operations more efficiently. You’ll essentially be my right hand.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor a team of cold callers
* Ensure daily KPIs are being met
* Provide feedback and coaching when needed
* Track performance and report results
* Handle backend tasks and administrative duties
* Data entry, lead tracking, CRM updates
* Creating reports, spreadsheets, and basic documents
* Help organize my schedule and priorities
* Communicate with other tea
* Take on special projects and “whatever it takes” tasks as assigned
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Team Manager
* Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
* Ability to lead and manage others professionally
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
* Tech-savvy – comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, project management tools, etc.
* Self-starter attitude – can work independently with minimal supervision
