About Us
Kickin Bikes and RFN (Racing Fears Nothing) are electric dirt bike brands based in the US. RFN runs the Warrior Series line. We move fast, test a lot of creative, and rely heavily on AI tools for marketing production.

The Role
We need someone who can independently turn existing footage and brand direction into scroll-stopping video ad creatives for Meta, YouTube, and native ad platforms — using AI generation tools. You’ll take a source video, a hook, and a persona/angle, and produce polished, ready-to-run ad variations without needing your hand held through the process.
This is NOT an entry-level or “I’ll learn as I go” role. We’re looking for someone who already has real reps in AI video generation and ad creative production, and who has good creative taste. If you need to be taught the fundamentals or your output needs heavy revision, this isn’t the right fit — and that’s okay, we just need someone else.
What You’ll Do
• Take existing edited videos and generate new AI-powered ad variations (different hooks, personas, angles, styles)
• Use Higgsfield AI and ChatGPT to produce and iterate on video/image creative for Meta, YouTube, and native ad campaigns
• Turn brief creative direction (delivered 1–2x/week) into a batch of finished, ready-to-test assets
• Maintain brand consistency across RFN and Kickin Bikes while adapting tone/style per platform
• Flag what’s working and suggest new creative angles proactively — we want a creative partner, not just an order-taker
• Organize and deliver finished files in an easy-to-review format (Drive folder, naming conventions, etc.)
What We Need From You
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI ad creative and/or AI video generation tools (Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, or similar)
• A portfolio or work samples of AI-generated ad creatives you’ve produced — this is required, not optional
• Strong creative instincts — you know what makes an ad hook work and what looks cheap or off-brand
• Ability to work independently from light direction; we check in 1–2x/week, not daily
• Comfortable with ChatGPT for prompt writing and creative ideation
• Reliable, deadline-driven, communicates proactively when something’s blocked
• Good English communication for async updates (Slack/email)
Tools Provided
We cover your Higgsfield AI and ChatGPT subscriptions. You just need a reliable computer and internet connection.
Schedule & Pay
• ~4 hours/day, flexible within reason, some overlap with US hours preferred for check-ins
• Pay: DOE — we pay above typical rates for real experience, since we’d rather pay more for someone who doesn’t need training than pay less and manage someone closely
• Long-term, ongoing work if it’s a good fit on both sides
