JOB OVERVIEW

About Us

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand. We run Facebook Ads at scale and need someone to handle the daily execution inside the Ads Manager so the founder can focus on strategy and creative direction.

This is NOT a strategy role. This is an execution role. You follow SOPs, upload ads, manage naming conventions, utilize bulk ad management tools, and keep the ad account organized. High performers will grow into a full Media Buyer role with decision-making responsibility.

## ???? Position Details

* **Position:** Ad Uploader & Media Buying Assistant
* **Type:** Remote
* **Start:** ASAP
* **Workload:** 10-20 hours per week
* **Daily Work:** Upload new ads (natively and via bulk uploaders like Ad Nova/Rapid Ads), duplicate campaigns, organize the ad account, pull reports.

## ???? Compensation

* **Starting Rate:** $4/hour
* **Growth:**
* More hours as ad volume increases
* Higher pay as you take on more responsibility
* Path to full Media Buyer role if you prove yourself

## ???? Your Role

Your job is to:

* Upload new ad creatives into Facebook Ads Manager following our exact structure and naming convention.
* Utilize bulk ad uploader software (e.g., Ad Nova, Rapid Ads) to efficiently deploy high volumes of creatives.
* Duplicate existing campaigns and ad sets when instructed.
* Turn ads on and off based on instructions from the founder.
* Pull daily and weekly performance reports from Ads Manager.
* Keep the ad account clean and organized at all times.
* Follow SOPs precisely — no improvisation, no "I thought it would be better this way."

## ? Responsibilities

* Upload 5-15 new ads per day into correct campaigns and ad sets, leveraging bulk upload tools where applicable.
* Apply correct naming convention to every ad, ad set, and campaign (we have a specific system).
* Set correct targeting, budget, and optimization settings as instructed.
* Download performance data and fill in our tracking spreadsheet.
* Flag any issues (ads rejected, account warnings, billing problems) immediately.
* Duplicate winning ads into scaling campaigns when instructed.
* Turn off underperforming ads when instructed.

## ???? Requirements (IMPORTANT)

You **MUST** have:

* At least 3 months of experience working INSIDE Facebook Ads Manager (not boosting posts — actually building campaigns, ad sets, and ads).
* **Experience using bulk ad uploader software like Ad Nova, Rapid Ads, or similar platforms.**
* Understanding of campaign structure (CBO vs ABO, ad set level targeting, ad level creative).
* Experience managing 20+ active ads at once.
* Extreme attention to detail — one wrong setting can waste hundreds of dollars.
* Ability to follow SOPs without deviation.
* Fast and reliable execution — if we say "upload these 10 ads today," it needs to happen today, not tomorrow.

## ???? This job is NOT for you if:

* You have only boosted posts on Facebook.
* You don't know the difference between CBO and ABO.
* You have never used bulk ad uploading software.
* You are sloppy with naming conventions and organization.
* You think this role is about making strategy decisions — it's not, it's execution.
* You cannot be available daily.

---

## ???? FILTER QUESTIONS (VERY IMPORTANT)

You **MUST** answer ALL questions to be considered. If you don't answer properly, your application will be ignored.

1. **Facebook Ads Manager Experience**
How long have you worked inside Facebook Ads Manager?
*Be specific — months + what you did (uploading, reporting, building campaigns, etc.)*
2. **Bulk Uploader Experience**
Describe your experience with bulk ad uploader software like Ad Nova or Rapid Ads.
*List the specific tools you have used and how you utilized them to manage ad launches.*
3. **Campaign Structure**
Explain the difference between CBO and ABO in 2-3 sentences.
*If you can't answer this, don't apply.*
4. **Naming Conventions**
We use this naming format for ads: ANGLE_SPOKESPERSON_HOOK_EMOTION_VERSION
If I give you an ad for Bandscheibenvorfall angle, Patient spokesperson, Secret Lead hook, Resignation emotion, Version 1 — what would you name it?
*Write the exact name.*
5. **Bulk Upload Volume**
What is the maximum number of ads you have uploaded in a single day?
*Be specific.*
6. **Attention to Detail**
You are uploading 10 ads. Ad #7 has a different landing page URL than the others. What do you do?
*Explain your process.*
7. **Problem Handling**
You try to upload an ad and Facebook rejects it immediately. What steps do you take?
*Explain your process.*
8. **Tools**
Do you have experience with any of these: Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Excel/Google Sheets for reporting?
*List which ones and what you did with them.*
9. **Reporting**
If I ask you to pull a weekly report showing Spend, CTR Link, CPC, ROAS, and Sales for each ad — can you do that?
*Yes / No + explain how you would do it.*
10. **Attention Test (IMPORTANT)**
Write the word: SCALING at the BEGINNING of your application.
*(If missing = instant rejection)*
11. **Availability**
How many hours per day can you work? What timezone are you in?
*We need overlap with European business hours (CET).*
12. **Long-Term Interest**
Are you looking for a long-term position or just a quick project?
*Yes / No + explain.*

---

## ???? How to Apply

Send:

* The word SCALING as your first word
* A short introduction
* Answers to ALL 12 questions
* Any screenshots or proof of past Facebook Ads Manager and bulk ---------- work (blur sensitive data if needed)
* Your hourly rate expectation

## ?? Final Note & Minimum Requirement

This role is the backbone of our ad operations. Without clean uploads and organized data, nothing works. If you are detail-oriented, fast, and reliable — you will become essential to our team. And essential tea ---------- mbers get rewarded. But it starts with your application. Show us you actually read this.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENT — READ BEFORE APPLYING:**
If you have not worked for at least 3 different e-commerce stores or brands in this role, DO NOT apply. We are not looking for beginners. We are not looking for people who "want to learn." We need someone who has done this before, multiple times, for real businesses with real revenue. If you have worked for only 1 or 2 stores, you are not ready for this role. No exceptions. We will ask for proof during the interview process.
