JOB OVERVIEW

We're an advertising agency that provides and manages advertising accounts for clients. We're looking for someone to handle the backend and administrative processes involved in setting up, maintaining, and supporting advertising accounts.

This is a backend operations role. You will work primarily on our dashboard with our internal team and advertising account providers to make sure client accounts are created, funded, accessed, and maintained properly.


Key Responsibilities
- Process advertising account funding and top-up requests
- Monitor and track account funding requests and balances
- Process requests for granting, removing, or updating advertising account access
- Create advertising accounts through the appropriate platforms or submit account-creation requests to our providers
- Coordinate with account providers regarding account creation, access, funding, and other operational requests
- Maintain accurate records of advertising accounts, access permissions, funding transactions, and account status
- Follow internal procedures and checklists to ensure requests are processed accurately
- Troubleshoot basic account and access issues and escalate more complex issues when necessary
- Communicate with internal teams regarding the status of account requests
- Keep account information and operational documentation organized and up to date


What We're Looking For
- Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized and comfortable handling multiple requests at once
- Good written communication skills
- Comfortable working with web-based platforms and administrative dashboards
- Able to follow processes and checklists consistently
- Reliable and responsive when handling time-sensitive requests
- Comfortable working independently in a backend/operations environment


Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Meta Ads Manager / Business Manager
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Other digital advertising platforms
- Ad account administration
- Digital marketing operations
- Virtual assistant or back-office operations
- Account provisioning or platform support

This role is focused on advertising account operations and administration, not campaign strategy or creative work. You will not be expected to develop advertising strategies or manage campaign performance unless specifically required by the team.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, trustworthy, organized, and comfortable working behind the scenes to keep our advertising operations running smoothly.
