We are looking for a skilled ad creator and video editor who understands how to craft sales-focused content that converts.
Role Overview
You will create short-form video ads designed to drive conversions. This includes review-style ads, high-energy TikTok-style edits, viral formats, and strong CTA-driven creatives.
You must understand how to structure ads that hook attention quickly and push viewers toward action.
Responsibilities
Create short-form video ads (primarily 15–60 seconds)
Edit engaging, flashy, fast-paced TikTok-style content
Produce review-style and talking head ads
Integrate current social media trends and popular culture into creatives
Use AI tools to generate UGC-style content and commentary
Deliver multiple variations for testing
Optimize edits based on performance feedback
Maintain clean, error-free English in all on-screen text and voice content
Required Skills
Strong video editing skills
Experience creating direct-response ads
Ability to craft compelling hooks and strong CTAs
Understanding of what makes ads convert
Excellent English (impeccable grammar required)
Resourceful and self-sufficient
Ability to follow briefs and deliver quickly
Preferred Skills
Experience with CapCut
Experience with AI video creation tools
Experience creating AI-generated UGC content
Background in affiliate marketing ads
Experience in online gaming, fintech, supplements, or software verticals
Performance & Pay
$2 per approved short-form video
Payment is based on approved deliverables
Strong performers may receive extended contracts or full-time offers
